What should I do if I received a defective or damaged item?

  • An image of the damaged product/area.
  • Proof of your purchase of the DoorWay Boutique product such as order confirmation mail.
  • Your full name and address, including flat/villa number and phone number.
  • An explanation of how the damage happened.

Our warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of everyday use. DoorWay Boutique will also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product or items purchased from third party.
